To Know Christ, To Grow in Christ, To Share Christ

Sunday School

9:40-10:25am each Sunday

Adult Classes

Builders:  Open to anyone, but comprised mostly by our more “experienced” folks (seniors). The design of the class is that of a discussion format. Topic of study comes from the International Lesson Series.

Family:  Is a multi-generational class and is open to anyone. This class is "self-led" by the group and chooses books from various Christian authors to study.  Members are asked to read the chapter before coming to class and then discuss on Sunday.  There are great open discussions, open interpretations and great fellowship.   All are welcome.

Seekers:  A mixed group of adults, couples and singles, ranging from young to seniors, who are seeking a closer walk with God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit living in us. The format is relaxed and group participation and discussion is the norm. The class is always Bible-based and helps us relate to our contemporary lives whether at home, play, or work.

Children’s Classes

Little Angels:  This class for children 18 months to 3 years of age, utilizes faith based activities and songs to begin our budding Christian’s journey into a life with Christ. The class studies a bible story or theme for an entire month, utilizing a variety of activities to reinforce the message.

Preschool – Kindergarten:  Interactive class for ages 4-5 that helps build the foundation for their Christian journey.

      1st & 2nd Grades:

This class utilizes David C. Cooke’s elementary level curriculum. Lessons are enhanced through the use of games, puzzles and videos. The teacher focuses on each student at their individual levels, so that they feel comfortable in a Sunday school environment. It meets in the Art/TV center area of the Fellowship Hall.

3rd, 4th & 5th Grades:  aka Modern Day Disciples - this class explores faith by finding biblical answers to modern questions kids ask. It is a study of scripture and its application in life today. Puzzles and games reinforce the message of the scripture.

Youth Classes

Middle School:  The class study material is "Ministries in the Media". Participants enjoy the video presentation and then have a discussion on how the message relates to their everyday lives. It is a lively class, having lots of fun while learning.

High School:  Fresh and creative study of the Bible and current events, and how they shape our lives. The three goals for this class are to strengthen our relationship with God and each other, build a strong foundation of values, and have FUN! Class format changes weekly to include lively discussions, games, trivia, YouTube videos, scavenger hunts, and mission projects.
